- Staff Support
- Stipend for faculty to develop or revise academic course related to project goals
- Stipends for students for individual campus/community aspects of this project
- Campus project coordinator (student/alum/staff member with technical expertise)
- Consultant services (e.g. local video production companies)
National Budget Needs/Ideas
- Staff Support
- National Project Coordinator (National Evangelist): person who would manage the grant and provide technical support, help manage the national project wiki and Facebook Group, organize the national gatherings, and network with other national groups
- National Meeting
- Training (partner with orgs that train full-time on using new media/technology/organizing techniques)
